1. The Walk-Through Kerry will start by taking the time to understand your most
pressing communication and marketing needs and determine your marketing requirements.
This includes a detailed situation analysis of your business plan and objectives, your current marketing programs and product strategies, and an external analysis of the market competition and other factors.
2. Drafting the Blueprint Based on our findings, Kerry will develop a
strategic marketing plan and tactical programs. Kerry will then identify target audiences and create specific marketing objectives that provide a time frame for marketing activities and a mechanism for measuring
performance. The plan will include strategies for promoting current products more effectively; identifying new markets for current products; and evaluating market opportunity for new products
3. The Building Kerry will then implement the tactical marketing
programs. These programs may include traditional activities such as advertising, public relations, collateral and direct mail and new creative approaches such as e-zines and viral marketing.
4. The Inspection Once your programs have been implemented Kerry will
monitor and evaluate performance and provide feedback to maintain success and make any necessary changes.
